Asset Review & Application
We conduct a site visit for preliminary due diligence, a credit application is prepared and on approval, a term sheet is issued

Final Terms Agreed & Approval
We work with you to finalise the commercial and legal terms of the facility, ratify the credit approval and begin working towards a closing date

Valuation & Legal Appointment
We instruct an industry-standard RICS Red Book Valuation of the assets, our legal advisers liaise with yours to prepare and agree documentation

Funding & Completion
We draw the funds and complete the transaction

Client Profile

Relm is relationship-based. Relm grows with its clients. We lend to limited companies and SPVs who have purchased property for letting purposes or requiring light refurbishment prior to letting. We take security over the property, the lease(s) and the rental income.
